Chancel Choir
The Chancel Choir leads the congregation in song and liturgy at the 8:30 Service. Choir rehearsals are in the Sanctuary at 7:45 PM each Thursday evening throughout the ministry year. New members are welcome to join at the start of each session (Fall and/or Spring*).
Handbell Ensemble
The handbell ensemble joins in making music at both the 8:30 and the 10:30 Services at various times through the year. Rehearsals are in the Sanctuary at 5:00 PM each Monday afternoon throughout the ministry year. New members are welcome to join at the start of each session (Fall and/or Spring*).
*Both of these groups (Chancel Choir and the Handbell Ensemble) work well in advance of the dates on which they will sing/ring in worship. The music these groups use is selected and arranged with the specific members in mind. It is for these two reasons that members are encouraged to join at particular times of the year.
Praise Band
The Praise Band leads worship at the 10:30 Service and invites instrumentalists and vocalists to join throughout the year. If you sing, play drums, guitar, or another instrument and would like to be a part of the Praise Band there’s a musical opportunity at CLC for you! Rehearsals are in the Sanctuary at 6:30 PM each Thursday.
Instrumental Ensembles
We have opportunities for soloists as well as various ensembles that play at both services. We invite brass, woodwind, and string players to participate throughout the year.
