Chair Yoga meets on Saturdays from 10-11 am in Fellowship Hall and is open to everyone! Exercises are done in a chair or standing to improve posture, flexibility, strength, balance, and breathing. Relazatoin and meditation practices are also included. The class is cost free, but you may please bring non-perishable food items or make a monetary donation ($4 is suggested) to give to the Palatine Food Pantry.
Allow at least one hour after eating before beginning class and wear comfortable slacks. Remember to obtain permission from your doctor before engaging in this class. Please check our Calendar for any cancellations.
